Brent Changes Military Services

Brent Forester has decided to leave the Air Force and become an officer in the Utah National Guard. His decision to join the Army came after finding out his goal of becoming an Air Force Officer probably would never happen. He is going to be an Ordnance Officer attached to the H60 Blackhawk squadrons located at Salt Lake Airport Number 2.

HooAhh!  and good luck.

Current Events

I (Rich) have decided to return to work after a year of retirement. It is not what it is cracked up to be. Really, I want to be busy and not wondering what is coming up next. Since Valorie has become active in real estate again, I need something to fill some of the time. I liked coaching real estate, so I am excited to start that again.
We have not been sitting around during the last 12 months. Since retiring we have been to Mexico twice, Italy, California for two months and a couple of other trips. We want to try settle down for awhile.

Back from Dolores' Funeral

Valorie, Alicia and I spent the weekend with family and friends celebrating Dolores Ann Forester Royas' life and morning her passing. She was buried at the Claremont Catholic Cemetery where she will be in the care of her Heavenly Father for eternity. She was loved and will be missed.

It was a time for family members to get together. Ed, Valorie & I, Ed & Debra, Bill & Sherry, John & Barb, Carol & Ed., Debby and Mike, plus many of her nieces and nephews, got a chance to talk and reminisce about our sister Dolores.  Everyone will go home better for the chance to say our goodbyes. We all wish Elbert and the family all the best.

Dayna's Team

Dayna has been in several fast pitch softball tournaments this summer. Her team the Rampage, has won every game to date. Last Saturday they won the STATE Championship for her age group. Good going.
Dayna is a star and has been hitting well. Her batting average is about 800. Wow!

Congradulations Dayna

Good News

We are very excited to find out Kym and Mat are expecting. Kym is doing great and eveything seems to be moving along well. They are excited and cannot wait, nor can we.

Wroking away

We are working away at a labor of love at the Orem Data Processing Center. We are digitizing books from Genealogical Libraries all over the fruited plain for insertion on the internet. Valorie and I are serving at the Missionary Training Center also. (MTC) We are helping the new Foreign Missionaries find their way around the center. We also listen to presentations getting them ready to go out to their various Mission locations.
